MCC Course

The aim of the Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) course is mainly focused on cockpit coordination, decision-making and distribution of different functions, managing the workload between the pilots of an airplane in a multi-pilot operation in total safety.

Throughout the training of our MCC programme, emphasis is placed on the cooperation of the crew in normal procedures, abnormal procedures, and of course emergency procedures.

This qualification is required by all airlines in order to join their selection process, also necessary prior to undertaking a Type Rating.

Our MCC Course is carried out on an A-320 Level D simulator where the student pilot will learn to operate in the cockpit both as commander and co-pilot whilst also familiarising themselves with flying a jet aircraft.

Advanced UPRT Training

The objective of this program UPSET PREVENTION RECOVERY TRAINING / UPRT is to familiarise pilots with possible situations that could occur in flight.

The latest studies of air accidents show how the loss of control of an aircraft is one of the highest risk factors that can generate fatal accidents in our industry.

For this reason, it is a fundamental program for pilots where they acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to anticipate and avoid loss of control in flight and develop the appropriate techniques to recover from adverse situations that may occur.

The completion of the UPRT course is mandatory for all pilots since December 2019, who wish to go on to an airline Type Rating. (EASA Regulation GCL 745)

Therefore, it is an essential requirement to be eligible for a position as a pilot within an airline.

Upon successful completion of the UPRT Course the pilot will be competent to handle both the physiological and psychological aspects of such situations that may be experienced in flight and have the necessary skills to apply appropriate recovery techniques in loss of control situations.
